🌿 Why Do Cats (and Dogs) Eat Grass?
When I first noticed my cat eating grass, I was really confused — I didn’t know that cats ate grass at all.
I had also seen some street dogs eating leaves from certain trees. That really surprised me, because I always thought cats and dogs only ate protein-based food like fish or meat.
After doing some research, I found out that cats and dogs eat grass or leaves to help clean their stomachs. Sometimes they have digestive issues, and this is a natural way to deworm themselves.
Yes, they eat grass for better digestion and to get rid of internal worms.
